We are expanding our team and looking for professionals who can go beyond bookkeeping and bring

analytical depth, system understanding, and business insights

into finance functions.

Role: Accounts & Inventory Analyst

Location: Vadodara

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: CA Inter Drop out / CMA Inter Dropout / CMA Fresher (Inventory knowledge mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control, valuation, and reconciliation
• Handle accounting transactions across sales, purchase, bank, payroll, and fixed assets
• Perform reconciliations (Inventory, Vendor, Bank, Customer, Tax balances)
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate, timely reports
• Understand business operations, costing, and profitability drivers
• Ensure seamless integration between accounting and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon)
• Work on ERP-driven financial management and system improvements
• Identify discrepancies and improve accuracy of financial records
• Support month-end closing and reporting timelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and communicate with clients for data and insights

Requirements

• Strong expertise in

inventory accounting & financial processes

• Proficiency in

Xero, QuickBooks, Business Central, Cin7

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Experience in

ERP systems, integrations, and process improvement

• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
