Job Summary

\nWe are looking for an experienced USA & Canada Recruiter with a strong background in hiring for public sector / government clients (State & Federal) . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with USA and Canada state clients, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of visa types and tax terms.\n

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US & Canada public sector (State/Federal) clients.

\n

• Source, screen, and submit candidates for government projects and requirements

\n

• Work on roles across IT and non-IT domains based on client needs

\n

• Ensure compliance with public sector hiring standards and documentation

\n

• Coordinate with vendors, implementation partners, and hiring managers

\n

• Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for active and future requirements

\n

• Candidate should have excellent comms and stable employment history.
