Job Title: BHMS, BDS + Fellowship in Cosmetology

Location: Mumbai

Reports To: Centre Head

Role Purpose The Beauty Specialist is responsible for leading the Beauty Department at VLCC Clinics , ensuring technical excellence, driving sales across Beauty/Derma/Products, and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role blends hands-on technical expertise, team leadership, and business acumen to deliver superior service and revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve monthly sales targets across Beauty, Derma, and Product categories.
  • Upsell/cross-sell treatments and packages, ensuring revenue maximization.
  • Contribute to centre-wide sales events and promotions.

Customer Excellence

  • Conduct consultations and ensure every client receives accurate diagnosis and treatment plans.
  • Drive client satisfaction with consistent follow-ups, zero-session protocols, and NPS above 90%.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain long-term client relationships.

Technical & Operational Excellence

  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs for all beauty and derma services.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and proper usage of equipment, consumables, and stock.
  • Supervise beauty staff and assist doctors in dermatology procedures.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the Beauty team (therapists, stylists, technicians).
  • Conduct staff training on new services, promotions, and SOPs.
  • Manage duty rosters, grooming, discipline, and performance.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, service, and customer metrics.
  • Track competition and share market insights with management.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate, medical, and safety standards.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical knowledge of beauty services (skin & hair treatments).
  • Proven ability to drive sales through consultative engagement .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Customer-centric mind-set with problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle promotional/outdoor activities.
