Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results driven Sales Representative to join our team on a commission based structure, as an Independent Contractor.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys being in the field, and is passionate about driving revenue growth through new customer acquisition and strong client relationships.

You will report directly to the Director of Sales for Atlantic Canada to identify opportunities, close deals, and contribute to profitable regional growth.

Duties

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and new business development
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across the region
  • Conduct in person and virtual sales presentations
  • Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships
  • Manage and grow an active sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with leadership on regional strategy and execution
  • Participate in structured 30, 60, and 90 day planning cycles to track performance and goals
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor sales approaches effectively

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, or B2B/B2C
  • Proven ability to prospect, present, and close deals
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and client facing interactions
  • Willingness to work in the field and meet clients in person
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Personable, approachable, and easy to work with
  • Self motivated with a forward thinking mindset

Compensation

  • 100% commission-based structure with no base pay
  • Bonus Incentive Program
  • With the right drive and performance, the earning potential can be $5,000-$10,000 or more per month. There is no salary cap.
