- DR setup, maintenance, and support
- Daily HANA administration: backups, monitoring, troubleshooting
- HANA start/stop in standalone and DR scenarios
- Performance troubleshooting and log/trace analysis
- System refreshes in standalone, HA, and DR landscapes
- HANA Cockpit and DB Alert monitoring
- S/4HANA and Fiori upgrades
- Fiori tile troubleshooting and backend S/4 connectivity
- SSO configuration and troubleshooting (preferred)
- HA setup knowledge for app servers
- SAP GUI, performance, and day-to-day issue troubleshooting
- Solution Manager configuration and monitoring
- EWA and technical monitoring setup
- Introscope/Wily configuration
- Router certificate renewal and remote connection troubleshooting
- Experience with SUM, DMO, SWPM tools
