Job Title: Restaurant Manager – Restaurant / Bar & Restaurant
Location: Nariman Point
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to handle daily operations, guest service, and team management for our restaurant (South Indian or bar & restaurant ).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day floor operations of the outlet.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle complaints politely.
- Coordinate with kitchen (and bar team, where applicable) for smooth service.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and basic sales reports.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Support local marketing and promotions as needed.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience as Restaurant Manager / Floor Manager / Assistant Manager.
- Experience in South Indian or bar & restaurant setup preferred.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ready to work in shifts, weekends, and festival days.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
