We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online sales channels and digital operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various software systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily e-commerce activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless integration between supply chain, warehouse management, and customer service functions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
We are hiring an Operations & Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and online order fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage warehouse operations (receiving, picking, packing, shipping)
- Maintain accurate inventory across retail stores and warehouse
- Oversee order fulfillment for eCommerce (Shopify or similar)
- Implement and manage WMS / inventory systems
- Coordinate shipping carriers and optimize delivery performance
- Hire, train, and supervise warehouse staff
- Ensure health & safety compliance
- Improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Requirements
- 5+ years experience in warehouse or operations management
- Experience with inventory management systems or WMS
- Familiarity with eCommerce fulfillment processes
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Shopify / Amazon / eCommerce platforms
- IT or systems integration experience
- Multi-location inventory management
