ABOUT US
We're a fast-growing medspa marketing agency helping clinics across Canada get more clients through viral Instagram content and payment flexibility tools like Klarna and Afterpay. We're building our first sales team and looking for driven people who want uncapped earning potential.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll call medspa owners from a pre-built list of leads organized by city. Your one job is to have a genuine conversation, introduce what we do, and book a discovery call with our high-ticket closer. That's it — you don't close the deal. Our closer handles everything from there.
When our closer signs that medspa as a client, you earn $500. No ceiling on how many you can book.
WHAT YOU EARN:
- $500 flat commission every time a medspa you booked signs as a client
- Our packages start at $1,000/month — medspas are motivated buyers right now
- Top reps booking 2–3 calls per day can realistically earn $2,000–$4,500/week
- Weekly payouts via Interac e-transfer
- No base salary — this is 100% performance-based
WHAT WE PROVIDE:
- Pre-built lead list organized by city — no hunting for numbers
- Full word-for-word call script and training
- WhatsApp group with the team for live support
- Google Sheet to track your calls and territory
- Our high-ticket closer handles all discovery calls you book
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Confident and comfortable on the phone
- Self-motivated — you manage your own hours
- Coachable and willing to follow a script while making it your own
- Reliable — daily check-ins via WhatsApp required
- Must have a quiet space to make calls and a working phone or laptop
- Sales experience is a bonus but absolutely not required — we train you
