Job Description

Enhance supply chain functions as a Procurement Specialist focused on local operations. Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and support service level targets seamlessly. This role acts as a critical point of contact between procurement and operations, addressing daily needs and ensuring efficient supplier management.

You will analyze local costs and oversee procurement tasks while also executing spot buys for urgent cases. Training the administrative team is part of the role to ensure continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between procurement and operations
  • Support daily operational procurement needs
  • Manage local spend and conduct cost analyses
  • Execute urgent spot buys when necessary
  • Assist in coaching administrative staff Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum 3 years in a sourcing or procurement role
  • Proven analytical and sourcing skills
  • Strong relationship management abilities
