- *Position Overview**:
This role involves managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform while collaborating closely with internal teams to support Sales, Customer Success, and Service operations and drive long-term customer retention. The primary focus is ensuring that business processes are configured, streamlined, and aligned with organizational needs, acorss a portfolio of platforms, such as Saleforce Sales Cloud and Sales Service, and Gainsight.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Administer and configure Salesforce for internal teams.
- Maintain data accuracy, workflows, and reporting.
- Build dashboards and reports for operational visibility.
- Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams to optimize processes.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Setup, integration, and administration of customer related technology solutions, such as marketing, customer success, and support.
- *Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Sales Cloud Administrator / Specialist.
- Excellent and active listening abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Understanding of customer lifecycle, renewals, and customer success processes.
- Experience with automation, workflows, and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- *Nice to Have**
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Salesforce certifications.
- Experience with Gainsight and Service Cloud configurations and integrations, or similar.
- Experience in SaaS or customer success driven organizations.
