Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and organized Training Coordinators to support our training functions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with managers to identify training needs, design and deliver effective training programs, and ensure smooth execution of all training-related processes. Experience with e-learning, mentorship programs, and soft skills or management training will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
· Report to the Delivery Manager (DM).
· Coordinate with TPOs/POCs to manage pre-training processes such as trainer availability and accommodation.
· Follow up with trainers and stakeholders to collect attendance, session completions, and final reports.
· Appoint Class Representatives (CR) during training sessions and gather participant feedback.
· Submit daily training completion reports to the DM, including any challenges faced.
· Store training reports securely and maintain accurate training documentation.
· Work with the invoicing team to track and report pending submissions from trainers.
· Collaborate with the LMS team for scheduling assessments and collecting feedback.
· Gather feedback from both trainers and trainees after each session.
· Maintain an updated curriculum and training records database.
Requirements
· Proven experience as a Training Coordinator, Trainer, or in a similar role.
· Ability to handle multiple training events and coordinate logistics in a corporate setting.
· Solid understanding of instructional design theories and their practical implementation.
· Proficiency in MS Office.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Graduate or MBA in Education, HR, Training, or a related field.
· Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and Google Meet.
