Senior Regulatory Specialist - NY Licensed

A company is looking for a Senior Regulatory Specialist. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements from CMS, DOH, and other channels Support the Pharmacy Department in regulatory implementation and coordinate meetings related to the Restricted Recipient Program (RRP) Conduct data analysis and manage documentation related to RRP processes and compliance risks Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution Working knowledge of CMS and state regulatory requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferred) Knowledge of Medicaid Services regulations and New York State Department of Health Experience in managed care and pharmacy (preferred)
