Mid-Level UX Designer

A company is looking for a Mid-Level UX Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Produce sketches, workflow diagrams, wireframes, prototypes, and design guidelines

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and feature requirements

Lead usability and user research studies, analyzing data and presenting findings

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience

3+ years of experience as an interaction or UX designer

Proficiency in design and prototyping tools

Ability to perform research tasks, including usability moderation

Strong understanding of user-centered design methods
