Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Solutions Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).

Key Responsibilities

Lead solution design for D365 CE, including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, CIJ, and custom modules

Translate business requirements into functional and technical solution architectures

Design and oversee Power Automate workflows and Copilot Studio experiences

Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years experience implementing Dynamics 365 CE solutions

Strong understanding of CE modules : Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, CIJ

Hands-on Dataverse architecture experience, including business rules and security

Advanced Power Platform expertise, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Experience with Azure integration patterns, including Service Bus and Logic Apps
