Job Description
A company is looking for a RES Help Desk Engineer to support the modernization of a legacy system within the Veteran Readiness & Employment Service.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve help desk tickets and provide technical support to end users
Develop and maintain help desk documentation and training materials
Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment with system updates and user needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong understanding of help desk and ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a public-facing help desk role
Ability to obtain and maintain a Suitability / Public Trust clearance
