This is not a beginner position.

What You'll Be Editing

You'll work on a variety of real estate marketing content, including:

Property Videos

• Cinematic property tours
• Luxury listing videos
• Drone videos
• Community showcase videos

Social Media Content

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok videos
• YouTube Shorts
• Realtor personal branding content

Marketing Videos

• Video ads
• Promotional campaigns
• Company content
• Educational content
• What We're Looking For

Required Skills

• Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong understanding of Adobe After Effects
• Excellent storytelling ability
• Strong pacing and music selection
• Ability to create engaging hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Experience with motion graphics
• Experience with captions and text animations
• Strong color correction and color grading skills
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and SOPs
