About the Role
We are looking for Customer Support Representatives to support a US client. This role involves handling customers through voice channels. FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST. MUST HAVE CROSS SELL/UPSELL EXPERIENCE IN A BPO.
Work Schedule
Must be willing to work anywhere between 6:00 PM IST to 6:00 AM IST
Night shift aligned with US business hours
Payout
Voice Process: Rs 160 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions (calls)
- Provide accurate information related to appointments, billing, insurance, or general healthcare queries
- Cross sell/upsell at all available opportunities.
- Document interactions clearly and accurately in the system
- Escalate issues as per defined processes when required
- Maintain a professional, empathetic and customer-focused approach
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluency in spoken and written English
- Prior BPO experience in cross selling and upselling.
- Willingness to work night shifts (Anywhere between 6 PM – 6 AM IST)
- Must have own Windows 11 laptop
- High-speed and stable internet connection
- Quiet and professional work-from-home setup
Preferred Qualifications
Dual monitor setup (preferred, not mandatory)
