We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients for Virgo Group’s core offerings, including Cryptocurrency OTC trading, Foreign Exchange, and related digital asset solutions
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and networking to generate qualified leads
- Research and source potential clients using business directories, online platforms, and industry resources
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline and client database to support ongoing business development efforts
- Represent Virgo Group at cryptocurrency and fintech-related events, conferences, and networking sessions across Canada
- Deliver compelling presentations and clearly communicate product offerings and market insights to prospective clients
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and internal stakeholders to drive deals from initial outreach through to successful closure
- Stay up to date with market trends in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and financial markets to better support client needs
- Support additional projects and initiatives as assigned by the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of client acquisition, business development, or sales experience within a financial institution or fintech environment
- Strong ability and confidence in cold calling and engaging with new clients on a daily basis
- Demonstrated track record of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital asset markets, with a genuine interest in the industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin is required
