Entry Level Service Advisor and Tech

About the Role

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Service Advisor with some hands-on automotive experience. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and has an interest in the automotive field. You’ll help customers at the counter, assist with estimates, and support technicians with basic maintenance and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to their vehicle concerns
• Write repair orders and communicate with technicians
• Explain services and recommendations clearly and professionally
• Assist with basic shop tasks such as oil changes or inspections
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Support the team in daily operations
• Good bookkeeping is a must

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge or experience (school or hands-on)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn shop systems and repair processes
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow in the automotive industry

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
