The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving marketing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and maximizing ROI through advanced analytics and insights generation. This position offers an exciting opportunity for an analytical thinker with a passion for marketing to make a significant impact within our organization.</p> <p><strong>What You'll Do Here:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead the development and delivery of strategic reports and insights, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive business growth and marketing optimization.</li> <li>Conduct advanced analysis and modeling using both primary and secondary research methods to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.</li> <li>Act as a strategic partner to cross-functional teams, providing data-driven recommendations to support key business initiatives and decision-making.</li> <li>Develop and optimize sophisticated dashboards and reporting frameworks using BI tools to enable leadership with real-time, actionable insights.</li> <li>Ensure data governance and compliance, collaborating with technology, product, and data engineering teams to maintain data integrity and regulatory standards.</li> <li>Drive process improvements and innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance analytical capabilities, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.</li> <li>Manage and consolidate data from diverse sources, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality inputs for business analysis and strategic planning.</li> <li>Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development across the team.</li> <li>Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging insights to provide thought leadership and shape future business strategies.</li> <li>Lead stakeholder engagements, effectively communicating insights, recommendations, and complex data concepts to non-technical audiences at various organizational levels.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You'll Need To Have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.</li> <li>5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles. Marketing agency work experience preferred.</li> <li>Experience with DSPs, Paid Media, and social media platforms preferred.</li> <li>Experience in executing brand tracking and Brand Lift research preferred.</li> <li>Experience in Google Cloud Platforms and BI tools such as Looker and Looker Studio preferred.</li> <li>Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R, SQL, or similar scripting languages.</li> <li>Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.</li> <li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.</li> <li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement.</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong>Compensation Philosophy:</strong></div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><br>At Viral Nation, compensation is structured, performance-led, and market-aligned.
