The Director, Strategy (Post Sale Delivery) is a senior departmental leader responsible for driving strategic excellence across all delivery work for enterprise-level clients. This role ensures seamless, data-backed, end-to-end strategy implementation across services, including influencer marketing, owned channels, content, experiential, and integrated programs.

This leader owns the strategy once the deal is sold, partnering closely with pre-sale Strategy counterparts to deeply understand the vision, commitments, and scope. They establish early trust with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless handover and maintain strategic integrity throughout delivery.

Working hand-in-hand with Client Services, Operations, and Business Intelligence, the Director ensures that every program is executed with precision, backed by insights, and optimized for measurable success.
