Required Skills
- 5+ years Salesforce administration
- Experience configuring Service Cloud
- Experience managing profiles, roles, permission sets
- Experience managing workflows, flows, validation rules
- Experience supporting Experience Cloud users
- Experience with user management and access controls
- Strong experience with data management and reporting
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Experience with Public Sector Solutions
