Location: Remote

Rate: Open Required Skills

• 5+ years Salesforce administration
• Experience configuring Service Cloud
• Experience managing profiles, roles, permission sets
• Experience managing workflows, flows, validation rules
• Experience supporting Experience Cloud users
• Experience with user management and access controls
• Strong experience with data management and reporting

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Experience with Public Sector Solutions
