Job Description
A Front Desk Tele-Sales Executive for a solar installation company acts as the initial point of contact for potential customers, responsible for generating leads, explaining the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for site visits. This role combines administrative front-office tasks with outbound calling to drive residential or commercial solar installations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Conduct outbound cold calls and manage inbound inquiries from digital campaigns to identify qualified prospects.
- Customer Education: Explain solar product features, pricing, benefits (ROI, electricity savings), and government subsidies/schemes (e.g., PM Surya Ghar Yojna).
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule site visits for the field sales and technical teams to conduct feasibility studies.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate call logs, update customer data, and track lead status using CRM software or MS Excel.
- Sales Coordination: Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel and coordinate with technical teams for smooth project execution.
- Front Desk Support: Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and manage front-office tasks if required.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 1–3 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer support, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills, typically in local languages and English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Skills: Ability to handle rejection, polite and professional demeanor, and a target-driven mindset.
