About the Role

Vidya Niketan High School, a premier Boarding & Day School in Kamareddy, is hiring passionate and experienced Resident English Teachers (PGT/TGT) for Classes 1 to X. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in English grammar, literature, and creative writing, and the ability to create an engaging learning workplace.

Key Responsibilities

· Curriculum Delivery as per CBSE guidelines using interactive methods

· Lesson planning, assignments, and assessments aligned with CBSE standards

· Encourage critical thinking and academic excellence

· Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment

· Communicate student progress with parents and attend PTMs

· Support co-curricular and extracurricular activities

· Study Hour Supervision Conduct and monitor evening study hours for residential students, providing academic support, doubt clarification, and ensuring a disciplined learning environment.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field

· B.Ed. is mandatory

· Minimum 2+ years of CBSE teaching experience

· Strong subject knowledge and communication skills

· Ability to integrate technology into teaching

Salary & Benefits

· ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
