Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join our India office to support and scale our B2B dropshipping platform, working closely with the SEA and SEO Leads while driving independent initiatives that enhance visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate is versatile and hands‑on, adept at leveraging the latest AI tools in digital marketing, and brings a strong understanding of B2B marketing dynamics to translate strategy into measurable outcomes across multiple channels.

You will:

• Campaign Support: Assist SEA and SEO Leads with planning, execution, and reporting of digital campaigns.
• Independent Strategy: Develop and implement initiatives to drive traffic, leads, and conversions for the B2B dropshipping platform.
• Paid Advertising: Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and social media channels to maximize reach and ROI.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct audits, keyword research, on‑page improvements, and link‑building to strengthen search visibility.
• Analytics & Insights: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to optimize results.
• AI Tools: Leverage AI‑powered platforms for content creation, analytics, and campaign automation.

You have:

• Experience: 3+ years in digital marketing with hands‑on expertise in both SEA (Search Engine Advertising) and SEO.
• Marketing Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and performance drivers.
• B2B/E-commerce Familiarity: Exposure to e‑commerce or B2B platforms is a strong advantage.
• AI Tools: Proficiency in using AI‑powered tools for content creation, automation, and analytics.
• Analytical Skills: Data‑driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and optimize campaigns.
