The Rotational Analyst Program is a three-year developmental opportunity designed for an mid-career professional to gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Retirement functions. Through a series of structured rotations—sequenced based on business priorities and individual development needs, participants will build technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
Analyst will gain ongoing exposure to cross-functional initiatives by partnering with HR, Finance, and IT on key projects impacting payroll, benefits, and retirement. This experience includes supporting change management efforts and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and employee experience.
Program Structure Overview
- Duration: 3 years
- Required experience: 5+ years in HR or related field
- Rotations: Rotations across core areas (Payroll, Benefits Administration, and Retirement Plans)
- Supplementary Learning: Training sessions, certifications, and workshops.
- Mentorship: Assignment of a senior mentor for guidance throughout the program.
