Part-Time Veterinary Nurse – Allison Crescent Vet Hospital
Allison Crescent Vet Hospital is seeking an experienced, well-rounded Part-Time Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is a great opportunity for a confident nurse who enjoys variety in their day and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (essential)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in general practice
- Experience with EzyVet (desirable, but not essential)
- A genuine commitment to high-quality patient care and outstanding customer service
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, positive, and “can-do” attitude
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing skilled support to veterinarians across all areas of veterinary nursing, including anaesthetic monitoring, animal handling, IV catheter placement, and blood collection
- Delivering compassionate, high-standard patient care, treating every animal as if it were your own
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic environment throughout the hospital and kennel areas
- Assisting with reception and general administrative duties as required
- Contributing to a supportive, team-focused clinic environment
