What you’ll be doing...
This is a critical, multi-faceted role responsible for executing and supporting programs and digital journeys focused on customer churn reduction, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for churn-related system and offer processes, and supporting the enablement and launch of new quarterly promotions. This role requires extensive cross-functional collaboration with various functions across the org, system-level quality assurance, defect reporting, and the ability to act as a responsive point-of-contact and critical thinker for complex offer and customer journey issues. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Email Campaign Support:
- Review and draft campaign Briefs.
- Manage Workfront Ticket tracking, organization for the Churn team, and list segmentation.
- Participate in agency meetings and creative reviews to offer alternate input.
- Review and advise on the full customer journey (email, Marketo Landing Page, MyBiz cart).
- Conduct link testing to ensure seamless customer experience through My Biz.
- Perform Marketo updates, including cloning, updating campaign codes, and minor creative tweaks.
- Assist with Marketo deployment in collaboration with the DBM team and Cynthia.
- Generate and analyze Marketo reporting.
- System Support
- Act as the Churn Car Subject Matter Expert for SU, Fresh Start, Upgrade & Save, and system teams (GTS, Pega, MyBiz front End, elastic, OMP, B360, and ACSS).
- Attend and participate in a variety of meetings, field questions, and provide training to CRM teams.
- Conduct Q/A testing in MyBiz, B360, ACSS, and BAA.
- Investigate and submit defect reporting/tracking after Engineering Release (ER) launches.
- Conduct ongoing consultations with various GTS, DBM, My Biz, Outreach, and PEGA teams.
- New Quarter Offer Launches
- Participate in meetings that drive promotional development.
- Advise various working teams on the offer strategy.
- Submit Workfront requests related to offer enablement.
- Assist with Lead List loads and resolve any resulting issues across OMP, PEGA, My Biz, ACSS, BAA+, and B360 teams.
- Create and share one-pagers (cells, offers, audience segments) for the CRM team and partner teams.
- Update device pricing to match promotional pricing.
- Assist the My Biz team (Ted Taub) with SU offer badging and Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).
- Set up the QA deck and plan, working with Maricarmen to ensure offers function correctly in all systems.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
- Three or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience with marketing analytics and driving actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization and communicating strategies and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM software, or data visualization platforms like Tableau
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Telecom or subscriber services experience.
- Experience marketing to Global Enterprise and/or Public Sector customers
- Experience analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
- Understanding of direct marketing and Sales best practices across key tactics (Email, Direct Mail, SMS, Digital, Outbound, etc).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
