Leasing Administration Manager

If you went three for three, we'd love to chat with you about a new role north of Washington DC! We are searching for a Manager of Leasing Administration to lead activities tied to communication with third party partners in the leasing realm. This is a two person team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the work of a Lease Administrator
• Supervises daily operations, ensuring tasks and deliverables meet deadlines, adhere to policies and procedures, and maintain accuracy and quality.
• Directs the CAM and tax recovery processes, prepares quarterly tax accruals, leads and participates in tenant CAM audits, conducts CAM and tax billing/collection analyses for the portfolio, and supports Recovery Lease Administrators.
• Produces internal lease-administration reports, establishes monthly timelines, provides troubleshooting and guidance to Lease Administrators, identifies and recommends process improvements, and manages related special projects.
• Collaborates with accounting, finance, property operations, and legal teams.
• Ensures correct processing of CAM, tax, and other recoverable charges.
• Reviews and approves operational tasks tied to annual CAM, tax and other reconciliations, tenant account adjustments (including refunds), and other tenant-related transactions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRE leasing administration experience
• Operating expense reconciliations
• 2+ years managing (at least one other)
• Lease interpretation and research skills - ability to teach/mentor it
• Property Management software experience
• **Hybrid Role (3 days in the office)
