Brief Description

We’re hiring Insurance Specialists to bring real-world insurance expertise into AI training workflows.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and help model how underwriting, claims, and risk decisions are made in practice.

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate AI-generated insurance outputs for accuracy
• Translate underwriting and claims workflows into tasks
• Analyze risk, coverage, and policy decisions
• Provide clear reasoning behind decisions
• Help define strong insurance judgment

Domain Focus

• Underwriting and risk selection
• Policy pricing and coverage analysis
• Claims evaluation and adjudication
• Loss estimation and reserving
• Regulatory and compliance considerations

Requirements

• 5–8+ years in insurance (underwriting, claims, actuarial, etc.)
• Strong understanding of risk and coverage
• Ability to clearly explain decisions
• Relevant certifications a plus (CPCU, etc.)
