Senior Systems Operations Engineer

In this role you will:

Support 4,100 Branches, 65,000 desktops/tablets, 200,000 various peripherals

• Create automation to auto heal workstations
• Query Intune Graph for tracking and troubleshooting
• Create remediation scripts within Intune
• Implement complex/advanced automated solutions.
• Author intermediate to complex PowerShell scripts.
• Analyzing workstation logs and working with the development team on issues
• Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
• Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
• Review and analyze moderately complex operational support systems, application software, and system management tools to ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
• Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
• Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

Required Qualifications:

• Min 5-7 years experience in a support role remotely troubleshooting Windows 10/11 based devices (workstations, laptops, tablets) and/or printers/peripherals in a large networked environment.
• 2+ years experience with MS Configuration Manager
• 5+ years experience with MS Intune
• Demonstrated history of scripting and automation
• Min 2 years of basic Active Directory administration
• Working knowledge of remote desktop support/administration tools such as: RDP, SCCM, remote registry editor, Sysinternals tools such as psexec/pskill/psloggedon/procmon/process explorer)
• 4 years of dekstop administration, engineering, scripting (PowerShell, Batch Files, etc)
