Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical SETA to support an innovative program office. You will provide technical and programmatic support for forward-deployed manufacturing and processing field trials, coordinating with Service elements and performers to test production capabilities in operational environments.
Work Location: Hybrid: Arlington, VA.
Part-time; greater than 50%
Travel: Up to 50% (OCONUS INDOPACOM & EUCOM)
Clearance: Active Secret required, TS/SCI eligible
Required Experience:
- Degree type in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD, or equivalent R&E programs.
- Experience coordinating and executing field trials for advanced technology development efforts.
- Expertise in materials processing and/or chemical processing.
- Experience developing, evaluating, and executing test plans, including safety-critical considerations.
- Experience working with Service elements and Combatant Commands (COCOMs).
- Ability to operate in dynamic, forward-deployed environments with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desired Experience:
- Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
- Prior experience supporting rapid prototyping environments.
- Experience with forward-deployed or expeditionary manufacturing systems.
- Familiarity with operational test environments and logistics coordination.
- Experience supporting INDOPACOM and/or EUCOM mission sets.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government, industry, and military organizations.
