Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking a skilled Technical SETA to support an innovative program office. You will provide technical and programmatic support for forward-deployed manufacturing and processing field trials, coordinating with Service elements and performers to test production capabilities in operational environments.

Work Location: Hybrid: Arlington, VA.

Part-time; greater than 50%

Travel: Up to 50% (OCONUS INDOPACOM & EUCOM)

Clearance: Active Secret required, TS/SCI eligible

Required Experience:

• Degree type in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience supporting DoD, or equivalent R&E programs.
• Experience coordinating and executing field trials for advanced technology development efforts.
• Expertise in materials processing and/or chemical processing.
• Experience developing, evaluating, and executing test plans, including safety-critical considerations.
• Experience working with Service elements and Combatant Commands (COCOMs).
• Ability to operate in dynamic, forward-deployed environments with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Experience:

• Advanced degree in a relevant technical field.
• Prior experience supporting rapid prototyping environments.
• Experience with forward-deployed or expeditionary manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with operational test environments and logistics coordination.
• Experience supporting INDOPACOM and/or EUCOM mission sets.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across government, industry, and military organizations.
