Job Title: Operations Manager – Vending & FMCG

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations professional with hands-on experience in the vending machine industry and/or FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end operations of vending machines across multiple locations
• Ensure uptime, maintenance, and replenishment of machines
• Manage vendor relationships, service partners, and supply chain logistics
• Monitor stock levels, consumption patterns, and wastage control
• Drive SLA adherence and ensure timely service response
• Coordinate with sales and client servicing teams for smooth operations
• Handle team management including field staff, technicians, and supervisors
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime
• Maintain operational reports, dashboards, and MIS

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in vending machine operations / FMCG operations
• Strong understanding of field operations, logistics, and inventory management
• Experience in managing large-scale operations across multiple sites
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IoT-enabled vending machines and tracking systems
• Experience in handling corporate clients / B2B operations
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
