Founder's Office – Fundraising & Venture Building (Investor Associate Track) - Remote (US)

This is not a traditional job.
You will work directly with the founder(s) to
turn ideas into investable products and help raise capital around them.
You will not just analyze opportunities —
you will help create them, position them, and bring investors into them.
This role is for someone who wants
real exposure to building + fundraising
, and is willing to tie their upside to outcomes.
🔥 What You’ll Do
Fundraising & Investor Execution (Core Focus)
- Build and manage an investor pipeline (VCs, angels, strategics)
- Identify, map, and prioritize relevant investors per product
- Drive outreach, follow-ups, and momentum across conversations
- Prepare founder briefings before investor meetings
- Own parts of the fundraising process end-to-end
Investment Narrative & Positioning
- Turn product ideas into
clear, fundable investment theses
- Define market opportunity, differentiation, and monetization
- Build
sharp, investor-grade narratives (not generic decks)
Market Intelligence & Signal Tracking
- Track funding trends across AI, enterprise SaaS, and data
- Analyze comparable companies and positioning gaps
- Surface insights that directly influence strategy and fundraising
Product Validation & Pressure Testing
- Challenge assumptions and refine product direction
- Identify what will (and won’t) raise capital
- Help focus efforts on what is actually fundable
🧠 What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years experience in:
- venture capital / startup fundraising / consulting / product strategy
- Direct or indirect involvement in startup fundraising is required
- (e.g., investor outreach, pitch deck creation, participating in investor calls)
- Preference for candidates who have contributed to successful fundraising outcomes
(even at small scale)
- Strong structured thinking + ability to operate in ambiguity
- Excellent communication (written + verbal)

💰 Compensation & Upside
- Zero / low fixed salary initially
- Equity + performance-based upside
Compensation is directly tied to:
- fundraising contribution
- product milestones
- measurable impact
You will participate in the value created from
building and funding products from entry to exit.
