Job Description
Vega Industries Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-oriented professional to lead our Sales Training & Capability Development function across PAN India for our Beauty & Personal Care portfolio.
This role will be instrumental in strengthening frontline sales effectiveness, enhancing product knowledge, and building leadership capabilities across our retail and field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust sales training strategy aligned with business objectives
- Deliver training programs on product knowledge, sales processes, and customer engagement
- Drive capability building initiatives across retail and field sales teams
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and develop structured learning interventions
- Lead Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to strengthen internal training teams
- Develop training content including classroom modules, e-learning, and on-the-job training (OJT)
- Monitor training effectiveness through defined metrics and continuous feedback mechanisms
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals
Candidate Profile:
- 5β10 years of experience in Sales Training / Learning & Development
- Prior experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG, or Retail industry preferred
- Strong expertise in sales capability building and product training
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in managing PAN India training initiatives will be an added advantage
