Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and monitoring day-to-day store operations
• Supervise inward, outward, and return stock movement with proper documentation
• Maintain accurate stock records and support daily/weekly cycle counting and physical stock verification
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Operations teams for smooth material flow
• Handle manpower planning, work allocation, and monitor team productivity and performance
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and store discipline
• Manage store documentation including GRN, DC/TFR notes, stock statements, and ledger updates
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and escalate concerns to management on time
• Train store staff on SOPs, safety practices, ERP usage, and process improvements
• Support in maintaining proper housekeeping and implementation of 5S practices within the store

Skills & Competencies Required:

• Good communication and leadership skills
• Knowledge of ERP systems, store documentation, and inventory management
• Understanding of 5S methodology and safety standards
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of stock audits and warehouse/store operations

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
