Role Summary
The Secretary / Executive Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative and coordination activities, supporting the CEO and internal teams with execution, communication, and operational efficiency.
KRA: Task / Activities
Manage incoming calls, emails, and basic client communication
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and ensure timely follow-ups
Prepare and manage documentation, reports, and accurate data entry
Assist in travel bookings, itinerary planning, and coordination
Maintain office records, files, and communication logs
Coordinate between internal teams and clients for seamless operations
KPI: Performance Metrics
Timely completion of assigned tasks with minimal errors
Effective follow-up tracking and closure without reminders
Clear, professional, and prompt communication
Smooth day-to-day operational flow without confusion
Reduced dependency on supervision
Required Skills
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Basic administrative and coordination skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work
Preferred skills
Exposure to travel, hospitality, or service industry
Experience in handling client interactions
Calendar and scheduling tools proficiency
