Product Designer / UX Designer

About This RoleWe're looking for a Product Designer / UX Designer to lead the design of new and existing user experiences across the Sadhana App. You'll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and our spiritual domain experts to create intuitive, meaningful interfaces that serve both everyday users and deeply committed practitioners.

This is a hands-on role that spans user research, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design system work. You'll own the design process end-to-end for key features, from concept to shipped product.

Key Responsibilities· Design intuitive user experiences for Sadhana's core features.

· Lead user research and discovery—conduct user interviews, usability testing, and analyse user behaviour to inform design decisions

· Own the design end-to-end for assigned features: from wireframing and prototyping through visual design and handoff to engineering

· Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and design guidelines to ensure consistency and speed

· Iterate rapidly based on user feedback, analytics, and A/B testing—ship, learn, and improve

· Collaborate closely with product managers to align designs with business goals and user needs

· Work with engineers to ensure designs are implemented with fidelity and quality

· Advocate for design best practices and user-centric thinking across the organisation

· Explore emerging design patterns and interaction models that make spiritual practices more accessible and engaging

· Contribute to in-app messaging patterns (modals, toasts, banners, tooltips) that educate users without friction

What We're Looking ForCore Skills & Experience· 3–7 years of product design / UX UI design experience (at B2C digital products, ideally mobile-first)

· Proven ability to ship features end-to-end and own the full design process

· Strong interaction design fundamentals: information architecture, user flows, wireframing, prototyping

· Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar); bonus: experience with design systems

· Portfolio demonstrating thoughtful, user-centric design work—especially mobile or community-focused products

· Comfort with qualitative and quantitative user research methods; ability to synthesise insights into actionable design direction
