About the Role

Vedantu is looking for enthusiastic and engaging educators to join our growing Early Learning team as Online Educators for Phonics or Coding or Maths.

As an educator, you will play a key role in building foundational learning skills for young learners through highly interactive and personalized online sessions. You will conduct live 1-on-1 or small group classes focused on improving students’ phonics, reading fluency, communication, logical thinking, coding fundamentals, and mathematical concepts in a fun and engaging virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver Live Online Classes

• Conduct interactive and engaging online classes for students across Phonics/Coding/ and Maths.
• Create a positive and encouraging learning environment for young learners.

Teach Foundational Phonics Skills (Priority Role)

• Teach letter sounds, blending, decoding, pronunciation, reading fluency, vocabulary, and early communication skills.
• Use creative teaching methods, storytelling, games, and activities to improve student engagement.

Teach Coding or Maths Concepts

• Introduce students to beginner coding concepts using platforms like Scratch, Block Coding, and other child-friendly tools.
• Teach foundational and school-level Maths concepts with conceptual clarity and interactive methods.

Student Engagement & Doubt Resolution

• Resolve student doubts effectively during live sessions.
• Encourage curiosity, confidence, and active participation in class.

Parent Feedback & Student Progress

• Share regular feedback with parents regarding student performance and progress.
• Ensure a high-quality learning experience to support student retention and renewals.

Curriculum Collaboration

• Work closely with academic and content teams to improve teaching methodologies and classroom experience.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Background in Education: English/Maths/Computer Science, or related fields will be preferred.

Experience

• Prior experience in teaching Phonics/Coding/Maths to children in an online or offline setup is preferred.
• Experience teaching young learners is highly preferred.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Phonics and early learning methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of Coding platforms like Scratch or Block Coding is preferred.
• Good conceptual understanding of school-level Maths.

Pay: ₹250.00 per hour
