Job Description
*PLEASE NOTE THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST WORK ONSITE 4 DAYS/WEEK IN CAMBRIDGE.*
- *Responsibilities**:
Primary responsibilities are server and storage support, including technical and non-technical (scheduling, communication, etc.) activities. Secondary responsibilities include O365 and other related support.
- *Experience**:
Knowledge and experience (5+ years) required with:
- VMware administration
- RedHat and Windows administration
- PowerShell scripting
- SAN storage administration
- Providing technical leadership for mid-size projects
Knowledge and experience preferred with:
- Microsoft Active Directory administration and support
- Microsoft O365
- Red Hat Satellite
- Ansible scripting
- NetApp
- Fiber Chanel
Familiarity with the following would be beneficial:
- Cloud services
- ITIL processes
- *Leadership Skills**:
- Professionalism: an individual who is serious about what they do and willing to take the time to achieve a deep understanding of their craft.
- Always professional in talk and manner.
- Customer First Attitude: understanding who customer is and how to best serve them
- Work well with the existing support group, and contribute to the teams shared documentation library.
- *Project Management Skills**:
- Some experience managing projects (individually or teams) and a familiarity with PMO process would be an asset
- *Salary**: $50.00-$70.00 per hour
