Sr. Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for one of our reputed Ahmedabad based client. The ideal candidate will have a deep technical understanding of the Salesforce platform and a proven track record of delivering robust, scalable solutions. While this position is primarily based in Ahmedabad, we are open to remote work arrangements for exceptionally qualified candidates.

Location: Ahmedabad (Remote flexibility available for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex workflows, custom objects, and Lightning components within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure high-quality delivery through rigorous testing, debugging, and documentation.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and manage data migrations.

Technical Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Core Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce Development is mandatory.
• Platform Knowledge: Proficient in Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC).
• Experience Level: A minimum of 5 to 9 years of dedicated professional experience in Salesforce development.

Nice-to-Have (Preferred Skills):

• Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) or RCA (Relationship Criteria Assessment/Root Cause Analysis).
• Familiarity with Conga CPQ for automated quoting and contract management.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist).
