About the Role

Robotics Technologies is looking for dynamic and results-driven individuals to join our US IT Executive Recruiter. This role starts with a 60-day intensive internship designed to train you in the nuances of the US recruitment market. Upon successful completion of the internship and meeting performance benchmarks, candidates will transition into a Permanent Full-Time Role.

Internship Phase (First 60 Days)

• Duration: 60 Days
• Stipend: Unpaid (Training Period)

Key Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse IT positions in the US market.
• Sourcing & Screening: Identify top-tier talent through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.
• Coordination: Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth interview scheduling and successful placements.

Work Schedule

• Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM (Night Shift)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Weekends: Saturday & Sunday Off

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Education: B.Tech, MBA, BBA, B.Sc, or any Bachelors Degree.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Aptitude: A strong interest in HR, recruitment, and the US staffing industry.
