🚀 We’re Hiring: Lead Artist (3D Environment / Avatar Systems)

We’re building something ambitious 3D Avatar-based social virtual world where users express themselves through avatars, fashion, and interactive environments.

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Lead Artist with atleast 5 years of experience who can both create and lead. This is a hands-on role where you’ll define the visual direction while actively contributing to production.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and guide a small team of 3D artists
• Design and oversee:
• Avatar aesthetics (faces, hairstyles, outfits)
• Environments and social spaces
• Ensure consistency in art style and quality
• Collaborate with Unity developers for implementation
• Supervise basic animation workflows (emotes, interactions)
• Optimize assets for mobile performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in 3D art (characters + environments)
• Understanding of avatar-based systems (fashion, customization)
• Basic knowledge of animation pipelines
• Ability to lead, mentor, and review work
• Experience with tools like Blender / Maya / ZBrush / Substance Painter
• Game engine exposure (Unity preferred)

Bonus Points

• Experience working on social / multiplayer / avatar platforms
• Knowledge of modular outfit systems
• Passion for virtual worlds, metaverse, and digital fashion
