High Service Support Representative (Inbound Sales)

We are seeking a driven, results-oriented individual to join our High Service Support Team. This is a desk-based inbound sales role focused on converting customer inquiries into confirmed move-ins across multiple storage facilities.
You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers - and your primary goal is simple: turn every inquiry into a sale. By understanding customer needs, recommending the right storage solutions, and confidently guiding the conversation, you’ll play a direct role in driving revenue.
This position offers a base hourly rate plus commission, rewarding your ability to close and perform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Sales & Conversions: Handle inbound calls from prospective customers and confidently guide them toward booking a unit, with a focus on converting every opportunity.
- Reservations and Follow-ups: Review list of pending leads daily, including reservations and abandoned carts made by customers through our website, and follow-up with them regularly to ensure we convert them into a move-in.
- Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed conversion targets by using effective sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
- Needs Discovery & Recommendations: Ask the right questions to understand each customer’s situation and match them with the appropriate unit size, location, and features.
- Upselling & Value Selling: Promote upgrades, add-ons, and current promotions to maximize each interaction.
- Consistent Lead Handling: Approach every lead with urgency and intent to close - no assumptions, no missed opportunities.
- Pipeline & Activity Tracking: Accurately document calls, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM to ensure opportunity is followed through and recorded in our database.
- Multi-Location Selling: Represent multiple facilities and confidently sell across different locations based on availability and customer needs.
- Customer Experience (Supportive Role): Provide clear, professional, and helpful information to support a smooth and confident booking experience.
Qualifications
- Sales-Driven Mindset: You’re motivated by targets, performance metrics, and earning commission. You enjoy closing and know how to ask for the sale.
- Strong Communicator: Confident on the phone with the ability to build rapport quickly and guide conversations toward a decision.
- Results-Oriented: You take ownership of your numbers and actively look for ways to improve your conversion rate.
- Adaptable & Resilient: Able to handle a high volume of calls, overcome objections, and maintain energy and focus throughout the day.
- Tech Comfortable: Experience using CRM systems, phone software, and multiple tools to manage your pipeline efficiently.
- Self-Starter: Able to stay focused, organized, and productive in a desk-based environment.
- Customer-Aware: You understand that a great sales experience includes clear communication and professionalism - but your priority is closing the deal.
- Collaboration: You escalate issues appropriately to your manager and use your team as a resource.
Compensation & Schedule:
Competitive hourly base pay plus commission per confirmed move-in, with strong earning potential for high performers. This role is a consistent 10 hour, 4 days a week shift that runs Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday each week.
