Industrial Engineer (Traction Motor)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial engineering solutions for lighting products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
• Conduct time studies, motion studies, and method study analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-17 years of experience in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles, process engineering, traction motors, magnetos, etc.
