Description

Our Client is seeking a QA Automation Developer to work on service innovation, program review, and digital transformation projects.

The QA Automation Developer will work as part of cross-functional program review or product delivery teams. These teams, led by product owners, work collaboratively and collectively participate in a full range of activities including field research, backlog definition and refinement, and sprint planning and execution.

Digital transformation projects review the current state of services, identify future opportunities, and then deliver new services that are efficient, effective, and affordable.

These role is fully remote but the successful candidates MUST be a Canadian Citizens to apply and MUST work within Canada at all times.

Skills QA Automation, Javascript, Selenium, API, Git Type Contract Experience Required/Mandatory Skills

• Experience as a QA Automation Developer in a cross-functional team environment with the development of one or more custom-built solutions.
• MUST have 5+ years experience with QA Automation, including:
• Hands on experience writing scripts using JavaScript and test automation frameworks
• Experience testing complex web applications, Rest APIs
• Experience using version control software, GIT
• Experience writing test cases
• Soft Skills: **MUST have excellent communication skills, and be a self starter, proactive, self-disciplined, accountable, reliable, critical thinking, and have strong analytical skills.

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience working collaboratively with stakeholders and users to understand the context of a solution and define test cases and scenarios.
• Experience working in the Public Sector.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

Location Edmonton/Remote Work Environment 1 year with extensions Hourly Rate Negotiable
