Job Description
We are a growing logistics company seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customs Clearance Specialist to manage shipments between Canada and the United States. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of cross-border regulations and experience with Borderconnect and Fleet system.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and submit customs documentation for Canada and U.S. shipments
- Process entries using ACE (U.S.) and ACI (Canada) systems
- Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and trade requirements
- Work closely with customs brokers to ensure timely clearance of shipments
- Review shipping documents for accuracy (invoices, BOLs, HS codes, etc.)
- Resolve clearance issues and delays quickly and efficiently
- Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and customers regarding shipment status
- Maintain accurate records of all customs transactions
- Stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and procedures
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience
