The Roles We're hiring for two positions this season:

Siding Installer An experienced siding installer who can work independently and deliver quality results from day one. This is a skilled trade role — we need someone who knows what they're doing.

General Labourer A reliable, hardworking labourer to support our siding and exterior crews. No experience required — just a strong work ethic and the ability to show up every day ready to work.

Siding Installer – What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 seasons hands-on siding installation experience
• Proficiency with an aluminum brake — mandatory
• Ability to fabricate and install trim, flashing, and custom pieces on site
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Reliable transportation

General Labourer – What We're Looking For

• Physically fit and able to perform hard labour in all weather
• Punctual and dependable — the crew counts on you
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Comfortable working at heights
• Construction experience is an asset but not required
