Retail Sales Associate (Lingerie & Western Wear)
We are looking for a confident, fashion-forward, and empathetic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role is unique because it combines the fast-paced world of Western Wear trends with the personalized, delicate nature of Lingerie styling.
The ideal candidate understands that selling lingerie requires a high level of discretion and body positivity, while selling western wear requires an eye for contemporary styling and fit.
### Key Responsibilities
- Personal Styling: Assist customers in finding the perfect outfits, from casual Western wear to professional attire and evening looks.
- Expert Fitting: Provide professional bra-fitting services and advice on intimate apparel (training will be provided).
- Customer Experience: Create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where customers feel comfortable discussing fit and style needs.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain the "Instagram-ready" look of the store by steaming clothes, folding displays, and organizing racks.
- Sales & Targets: Proactively engage with customers to meet daily sales goals and promote current offers.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock replenishment, tagging new arrivals, and maintaining a tidy fitting room area.
